Rosanna Pansino’s Dairy-Free Strawberry Ice Cream – Recipe Test & Review
I actually had to make a second batch of this recipe because we finished the first one before I could take any pictures! It’s a great substitute when you’re craving ice cream! It is very similar to a strawberry-banana smoothie, but nothing wrong with that! It would also be super easy to substitute different ingredients like other fruits, chocolate, peanut butter, or even use bananas by themselves. Frozen banana “nice” cream is actually extremely popular because blending it creates that nice, creamy, soft-serve consistency. I will definitely be making this recipe again and again!
Was it easy to make?
Yes! My Vitamix was able to handle the frozen fruit without a problem. I assume you could also use a food processor.
Would it satisfy your craving for ice cream?
Surprisingly yes. And then I don’t feel guilty after eating the entire container. I mean, I don’t do that. What?
